My office space is located in the Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood at 4010 Stone Way N, Suite 230, Seattle WA 98103.

• Preferred provider with Premera, Cigna, Aetna, Uniform, Lifewise,
   L&I, and auto insurance.
• Non-insurance rate: $60/hr, $80/90 minutes.

I do not accept tips. I charge a fair and adequate rate for the work I do, which sustains me economically. So no tips. Flowers cut from your own garden are, of course, always acceptable.
